Is Viviano Vitality an authorized Golden Designs dealer?
Yes. Viviano Vitality LLC is an authorized Golden Designs Inc. dealer. Golden Designs products purchased through Viviano Vitality are sourced directly through the manufacturer and sold in accordance with applicable dealer and pricing requirements.
How does delivery work for saunas and cold plunges?
Many of our larger wellness products are shipped by freight due to their size and weight.
For Golden Designs sauna orders, shipping information and customer contact details are confirmed before shipment. Once the order ships, the freight carrier will generally contact the customer approximately 24–48 hours before delivery to arrange a delivery appointment.
Standard freight delivery is curbside or driveway delivery. It does not include white-glove service, inside delivery, assembly, or moving the product into your home.
Large sauna models may arrive on a pallet in three or more boxes and can be delivered by a full-size freight truck.
If your property has a long or narrow driveway, restricted truck access, stairs, an apartment or condominium entrance, or another unusual delivery situation, please contact Viviano Vitality before your order ships.
How long does delivery usually take?
Delivery times depend on the product, destination, carrier availability, weather, and other transportation conditions.
Golden Designs currently provides approximate freight transit times of:
- West Coast: approximately 3–5 business days
- Midwest: approximately 10–12 business days
- East Coast: approximately 14–16 business days
These are estimates after shipment and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
When available, the freight carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery window.
What warranty comes with my purchase?
Warranty coverage varies by product and manufacturer.
Viviano Vitality can provide available warranty information for a specific model before purchase and assist customers with manufacturer coordination when appropriate after the sale.
Can I cancel my order?
Please contact Viviano Vitality as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
For Golden Designs products, cancellation requests should generally be made within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible or additional costs may apply.
What is your return policy?
Return eligibility depends on the product condition, original packaging, timing of the request, and applicable manufacturer requirements.
Eligible Golden Designs return requests generally must be made within 30 days of delivery and require the product to meet applicable return conditions.
Original outbound freight, return freight, restocking charges, and other applicable costs may be deducted from or charged in connection with a return.
Products that have been opened, assembled, and used may not be eligible for return.
Do not ship a product back without first contacting Viviano Vitality and receiving return instructions.
